Frank Ocean may be taking the high road as far as Chris Brown is concerned, but that doesn’t mean Tony Parker has to!
The NBA star is using Breezy’s latest dustup with Ocean as fodder in his ongoing lawsuit against Club W.i.P. in New York.
If you recall, W.i.P was the scene of Brown’s fight with Drake last summer. Parker was also present at the club that night, and found himself an innocent victim in the scuffle after he sustained an eye injury due to flying glass. He dropped a $20 million dollar lawsuit on W.i.P, arguing that the club knew that Brown was “violent,” and shouldn’t have admitted him inside.
NOW Parker is saying that Brown’s fight with Ocean PROVES he was right all along!
Parker has just filed new legal documents in his lawsuit, claiming that Brown’s latest scuffle proves that he’s “unfit” to socialize in places where he’s liable to act up (i.e., clubs, studios, parking lots, etc).
In his documents, Parker argues that W.i.P had more than enough “evidence” of this fact even BEFORE Brown fought Drake and Ocean (in the form of Rihanna’s battered face), and should have acted accordingly.
What do you think, does Parker have a point? Or is this a case of kicking a man when he’s already down? Sound off below!
