Lil’ Wayne Returns To Twitter “Feeling A Lot Better”

Rapper Lil’ Wayne has assured fans he is better after he was hospitalized for a series of seizures last week.

The Young Money General was admitted to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last week after collapsing on the set of Nicki Minaj’s new video for ‘High School’. He was released the following day, but was rushed back to hospital hours later after his bodyguard found him unconscious in his room.

After a series of conflicting reports about his condition [mainly TMZ saying he was at death's door] Wayne was discharged on Monday after receiving treatment in the intensive care unit. Now Wayne has returned to Twitter, insisting he’s doing well as he continues his recovery:
