‘Real Chance Of Love’ Star Battling Colon Cancer

HipHollywood has learned that reality TV star Real has been diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. Born Ahman Givens, Real starred on VH1′s hit show, Real Chance of Love, along with his brother, Chance.

A website has been launched on Givens’ behalf to help raise money for his medical treatment. According to the website, Real originally believed that he had contracted a common cold or flu when he became ill earlier this year; but after having several tests run, doctors determined that Real was battling a more severe medical condition. The 33-year-old is currently being treated at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles where the photograph above was taken.

“Real is trying to stay positive and make a fully recovery. He appreciates all his friends, family, and fans for helping him get through in this time of need,” a statement reads on the fundraising website.
