Don’t let the pretty face, or those piercing eyes fool ya! America’s Next Top Model’s new judge, Rob Evans, turned himself in to the Beverly Hills PD this past Wednesday on a felony assault charge!
In the fight, Rob Evans, also a professionally trained boxer, allegedly beat up another man so badly, that the guy ended up in the hospital. TMZ reports after turning himself in, Evans was released 25 minutes later after posting $60,000 bail. Evans claims he was completely unaware of the warrant being issued until very recently. As soon as he caught wind of it, we’re told he contacted his lawyers who advised him to turn himself in.
As for the fight itself — sources close to Evans say the alleged victim was trash-talking to Evans, and when he reared up as if to attack him, Evans allegedly laid him out. Evans is insisting the punch was in self-defense!
