[Watch] Lindsay Lohan Arrested; To Be Charged With Four Separate Crimes Today!

According to TMZ, Lilo faces a total of four new criminal charges on the same day on DIFFERENT coasts! Unfortunately, one of the crimes isn’t for disturbing the peace with her made-for-TV tragedy, Liz & Dick.

The Santa Monica City Attorney will charge Lindsay today with three crimes in connection with her car accident last June on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica. If you recall, the fallen star rammed her Porsche into a big rig, and then allegedly lied to cops, telling them she was the passenger in the car when in fact she was the driver.

Lindsay is expected to be charged with:

– giving false information to a peace officer … punishable by up to 6 months in jail.
– obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty … punishable by 1 year in jail.
– reckless driving … punishable by 90 days in jail.

If Lindsay if found guilty and gets a slap on the wrist this time, we think it’s high time for us to reevaluate the justice system in Hollywood! Lindsay’s arrest this morning in NYC for assault (crime #4). In case you missed it Lindsay Lohan was arrested after allegedly punching Tiffany Eve Mitchell, 28, in the face at Avenue nightclub in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood!

This crime could end up triggering a second reason to revoke her probation. Lindsay is expected to be arraigned, sometime next week.
