Brown also dodged a Lindsay Lohan styled bullet as he will not face charges in the phone snatching incident that happened earlier this year.

If you don’t remember, Brown was accused of “snatching” 24-year-old Christal Spann’s iPhone outside of a Miami club back in February, allegedly yelling,  “Bitch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet.” He then reportedly drove off with the phone.

There seems to be some conflict in stories between Brown’s witnesses. Rapper Tyga said that Brown did take the phone because he was concerned that any photos released on the internet would cause conflict between Brown and Rihanna. However, as TMZ notes, Brown was dating model Karrueche Tran at the time.

Tran tells police that Spann hit her in the head and then slid the phone into the car to try and stir trouble. Police say it is plausible that the phone was slipped into the vehicle. Either way, another day, another Chris Brown headline!
