Pilar Sanders Loses Custody Of The Kids (Again), Calls Judge “Prejudiced”

In the latest development in the circus that is the custody battle between Deion Sanders and his I-can’t-believe-she’s-not-his-ex-yet wife Pilar…

Pilar Sanders is vowing to keep fighting her estranged husband after losing custody of their two sons.  The boys had been living with Deion since late October and at a recent court hearing, a judge determined that they should stay with Deion until the next court hearing.  Pilar still retained custody of the couple’s daughter, but had her child support reduced from $10,500/month to $5,500/month.

Understandably, Pilar is furious and has is claiming that the judge had an “absolue prejudice” against her, and that “justice was blinded by Deion’s celebrity status.”  She also added:

“I am sad that Deion has been able to keep my boys away from me since Oct. 26 — no Halloween, no Thanksgiving — and now he is threatening to keep them away from me for Christmas. . . . He is using our innocent children as a pawn in this ugly, ugly divorce.”

The Sanders couple have been battling each other (literally and figuratively) for most of 2012, and are set to duke it out again in the new year, when they return back to court on January 9th to revisit the child custody situation (Pilar also wants their 13-year marriage annulled).

However, Pilar’s accusation of court bias is a strong accusation, particularly because we’ve heard it before.  If you recall, Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, accused the judge involved in their custody battle of a similar bias (her accusations are currently being investigated).  In the case of both Tameka and Pilar, the non-famous ex lost child custody to the celebrity spouse.  Is this court bias or just coincidence?  Let us know your thoughts below!
