Good thing Katt Williams decided not to retire. The short (fused) comedian is getting a taste of his own medicine…Uncle Sam style.
The IRS has recently slapped Williams with an over $4 MILLION tax lien for the years 2008 and 2009. According to the IRS, Williams failed to pay $3.2 million in taxes in 2008 and $829,352 in 2009.
It’s not the first time the IRS has gone after Williams’ pockets. In 2010 they filed a lien against Williams to the tune of $284,000 … although admittedly that looks like chump change compared to what they’re after now.
So, as we mentioned before, looks like Williams will need to get his act together long enough to pay off his taxes at the very least (not to mention the string of lawsuits levied against him recently). Of course, if his $50 million dollar check from the city of Seattle comes through, Williams won’t have anything to worry about!
